The Lowland Scotch that I've to date (05-23-09). It's got some fire to it that is for sure. it would be good to drink on a cold winters day. Adding a splash water opened up the nose on and flavor and nuetralize the AC vapor which allowed the flavor to come through. After adding the water I can tell there is a charcoal flavor that i can only say is Lowland. Phil isn't sure what to make of the flavor.Saturday, May 23, 2009
